Neal Rauhauser attended Iowa State Univeristy, majoring in computer science, and he holds the Cisco Certified Design and Network Professional ratings. He operates a small carrier oriented consulting business that focuses on Iowa's many locally owned phone companies as well as tending to the Stranded Wind Initiative's needs. The web site and the internal systems used by our volunteers are part of his duties, as well as much of the writing done on behalf of the organization in various venues.
